My experience at this facility was excellent. The staff were attentive, courteous, and responded to every request promptly, whether for water, tissues, laundry, or food service. I often took my father in a wheelchair to the Haram, and the distance was very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Although the view was not ideal, it hardly mattered given our purpose. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly commendable service.
We had a wonderful stay at Al Ritz Al Madinah and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well organized, making our visit to Madinah even more special. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after long days of prayer and visiting the holy sites. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location, which makes it very convenient to reach Al Haram and attend prayers easily. Everything around the hotel is accessible, including shops and restaurants, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Housekeeping also did a great job in keeping the room clean and fresh every day.
Such kind, caring, and loving staff! I don’t usually write reviews, so believe me when I say I am SO satisfied with the quality of this hotel in every aspect. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. When you enter your room, they already provide 500 ml bottles of hand soap, body lotion, shower gel; such a thoughtful touch! Their service is also very fast. When our door broke, staff arrived within 5 minutes and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Another issue we encountered was our sink accidentally clogging (not the hotel’s fault at all), but after calling room service, they immediately resolved it. For the rest of our stay, we felt completely relaxed and satisfied. I also want to mention that next to each bed, they already have 4 outlets for charging your phone. You won’t have to worry about the charging ports as they are already provided I also have to mention that Al Ritz Al Madinah is only a 5-minute walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi—super close! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again. While it may not look like a 5-star hotel from the outside, the interior experience such as room service, provided amenities, assistance, and overall care, makes it more than a 10/10 for me. I highly recommend booking with them. This was my first visit, and it will definitely NOT be my last
We are a DIY Umrah group of 50pax from Brunei Darussalam, accommodated across 18 rooms. We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The front desk officer, Sultan Fawaz Alshaddadi was extremely helpful in arranging our rooms - he made sure everything is well organized and comfortable for us. He was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check- out process was smooth. Al Ritz Al Madina Hotel is brand new and very clean. Fantastic location—just steps from Gate 338 (women’s area) at the Prophet’s Mosque, making prayers super convenient. There’s a buggy service nearby to Quba Mosque, and the famous viral rose ice cream stall is right around the corner. Came with my mom and felt completely safe. Highly recommend!
Excellent stay with exceptional service. The hotel is in a fantastic location, but the service is what truly stood out. We arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time (around Fajr), and Ahmad at the reception was wonderful. He welcomed us with a warm smile and kept us updated while he worked to secure a room for us as soon as possible. He even followed up the next day to ensure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team on each floor is very dedicated. While the lifts can get quite busy during prayer times and the breakfast selection is a bit limited, the overall experience was excellent. I look forward to staying here again next year.
our stay in al-Ritz hotel was so lovely and made us eagerly waiting for the next time we visit Madinah. it has an excellent location, where everything is near: Masjid al-nabawi, shops, restaurants.. all in a few-minutes walk. Also it's an active area, you won't get bored. The room was big enough, quiet and luminous. everything you may need is in there from hairdryer, fridge with a small freezer compartment (kinda cute), ironing table, tv, kettle,.. all functioning properly. the beds were also wide and gave good sleep quality. the cleaning guys are incredibly polite and professional, they were available for all our needs. also the ones in the hotel's coffe shop and reception were so kind. The hotel's structure is easy to understand as it is simple and informations are labeled properly so you won't even think to get lost. there are structures for wheelchairs too. I really liked everything about it, and I hope to come back there someday.
My experience for room for 4 people it's quite spacey. About 7 minutes to go masjid nabawi... But it's quite far from shopping 1 riyal... I always follow my mother to go to mosque at least 1 and half hour early. Quite enjoy ourselves but in the end of the day it depand on your own 'niat'. And buffet food was quite 'asian' but the location for restaurant it hard for disable people. Need to go to stairs to enjoy food. Anyway overall quite good experience
